It's important for you to know that the critique is a full service product and not a marketing tool I use to convince clients that they need to purchase additional services. My critiques are so detailed (they average five pages in length) that you should be able to manage the rewrite on your own. Furthermore, you'll know why these changes matter, and you'll have a professional at your service to answer any additional questions you may have. In fact, I encourage critique clients to send me their revised resumes for a second review, at no additional charge.

I'll review your existing resume for content, organization, visual quality, and strength of the written presentation, with particular attention to the types of positions and companies you want to target. I'll also review your document for syntax, grammar and spelling. If your resume is in good shape, I'll tell you so. If it needs work, I'll tell you exactly what it needs, why it needs it, where it needs it, and how to achieve the best results - using your material as a guide.

If your resume needs work, you should be able to manage the rewrite on your own using the suggestions I provide (my critiques are very, very detailed). However, if you'd like me to perform the rewrite and redesign of your new resume for you, I'll be glad to apply the paid critique fee as a credit toward any resume package you order within 30 days of receiving the critique.
