1st-Writer.com is
committed to client confidentiality.
You won't see
examples of actual client resumes posted anywhere on my Web site as
a way to promote my business. Client information is protected, and
as such, I will never sell, nor will I release, share
or distribute a client's name, contact information or document(s)
to/with any individual other than the client, without the client's
direct and written permission.
Resume Web pages
that are
created for clients as part of a resume package, to be
used as a job hunting tool (by, and only by, the client), are posted
for six months to a private location. The URL to the client's Web
page is released to no one other than the client. The client can request that
his or her resume Web page be deleted at any time, with the assurance
that the page will be removed within 24 hours of the request.
Clients determine the personal contact information that is included
in their documents. Resume Web pages are provided as a courtesy and value-added service.
To help protect client confidentiality, 1st-Writer
does not submit client resume documents or resume Web pages to
search engines or database systems, nor are these pages linked for
public viewing. The client retains control over who is provided the
URL to his or her resume Web page.
1st-Writer.com
will never request private information not relevant to the resume
creation process. For example, you will NOT be asked for your social
security number, mother's maiden name, date of birth, or other any
other questionable personal information.
Credit card payments
are processed via PayPal's secure (SSL, encrypted) server, and as
such, credit card numbers are not requested by nor retained
in the records of 1st-Writer.com, to further protect clients'
financial information.
See
1st-Writer's professional resume services for information on cost
and payment options.
Client documents are
archived for up to seven years in a secured CD-Rom library
maintained and accessible only by Sue Campbell and 1st-Writer.com.
This archive service is provided as a courtesy to clients, to be
used as a backup in the event that client documents are lost or
damaged.
