In his moving talk, "Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams" (video), Pausch talked about his lessons learned and gave advice to students on how to achieve their own career and personal goals. You can also check out Randy Pausch's website for more information, links to shorter versions of his lecture, and DVD purchasing information.
